【摘要】:ThispartofISO27547specifiesthegeneralprinciplesoftest-specimenpreparationusingmouldlesstechniques.Sometimes,thesetechniquesarecalled“tool-less”methods.Commontoallthesetechniquesisthefactthatthespecimensareproducedlayerbylayer.TheshapeanddimensionsofthespecimensaredefinedintermsofanumericaldescriptionusingCADtechniques.Thiscomputermodelofthespecimenis“sliced”intolayersbymeansofsuitablesoftware.Thespecimen-preparationprocessthenbuildsupthespecimensautomatically,layerbylayer,usingthecomputermodelandasuitablecomputer-controlledlasersinteringmachine.Thethreesoftwaresystemsused(forCAD,slicingthespecimenintolayersandmachinecontrol)maybeindependentsystemsinterfacingseparatelywiththemachineortheymaybeintegratedwiththemachine.ThispartofISO27547alsospecifiesthegeneralprinciplestobefollowedwhentestspecimensofthermoplasticmaterialsarepreparedbylasersintering.Thelaser-sinteringprocessisusedtopreparespecimenslayer-wisebysinteringtheparticlesofathermoplasticpowderusingtheenergyofalaserbeam.ThispartofISO27547providesabasisforestablishingreproduciblesinteringconditions.Itspurposeistopromoteuniformityindescribingthemainparametersofthesinteringprocessandalsotoestablishuniformpracticeinreportingsinteringconditions.Theparticularconditionsrequiredforreproduciblepreparationoftestspecimenswhichwillgivecomparableresultswillvaryforeachmaterialused.TheseconditionsshallbeasgivenintheInternationalStandardfortherelevantmaterialorshallbeagreeduponbetweentheinterestedparties.
