【摘要】:ThisSAEStandardprovidesaframeworkforthemanagementofsoftwarereliabilitywithinsystemreliabilityrequirements.ItisbasedaroundtheSoftwareReliabilityPlanandSoftwareReliabilityCaseandemphasizestheimportanceofevaluatingprogresstowardsmeetingsoftwarereliabilityrequirementsthroughouttheprojectlife-cycle.Thisdocumentcanbeappliedtoallprojectsthatincorporatesoftware.Thisincludestheintegrationofofftheshelf(OTS)softwareproductsandcustomsoftware.OTSsoftwaresourcesincludecommercialvendors,government,andindustry(e.g.,reusedlibrarysoftware).Customsoftwareisgenerallynewlydevelopedsoftwareorasignificantrework/upgradeofexistingsoftwarethatisforusewithaspecificapplication.
