【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamethodforthemeasurementoffocalspotdimensionswithintherangeof5μmto300μmofX-raysystemsuptoandincluding225kVtubevoltage,bymeansofradiographsofsharpedges.TheimagequalityandtheresolutionofX-rayimageshighlydependonthecharacteristicsofthefocalspot.Theimagingqualitiesofthefocalspotarebasedonthetwodimensionalintensitydistributionintheobjectplane.Forcertificationpurposestheradiographictechniqueisused.NOTEThesameprocedurecanbeusedathigherkilovoitagesbyagreementbuttheaccuracyofthemeasurementmaybepoorer.
