【摘要】:Thistestmethodgivesameasureofakeypropertyofhookandlooptouchfastenerswhichisofinteresttousersofsuchdevices.Thisisameansofdeterminingtheresistancetoseparationwhenforcesareappliedparalleltotheplaneofthefastener.Inthecaseofadisputearisingfromdifferencesinreportedtestresultswhenusingthistestmethodforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipments,thepurchaserandthesuppliershouldconductcomparativeteststodetermineifthereisastatisticalbiasbetweentheirlaboratories.Competentstatisticalassistanceisrecommendedfortheinvestigationofbias.Asaminimum,thetwopartiesshouldtakeagroupoftestspecimenswhichareashomogenousaspossibleandwhicharefromalotofhookandloopofthetypeinquestion.Thetestspecimensshouldthenberandomlyassignedinequalnumberstoeachlaboratoryfortesting.TheaverageresultsfromthetwolaboratoriesshouldbecomparedusingStudent''st-testandanacceptableprobabilitylevelchosenbythetwopartiesbeforethetestingbegan.Ifabiasisfound,eitheritscausemustbefoundandcorrectedorthepurchaserandthesuppliermustagreetointerpretfuturetestresultsinthelightoftheknownbias.1.1Thistestmethodmeasurestheshearstrengthofhookandlooptouch(CRE)fastenersusingarecordingconstantrateofextensiontensiletestingmachine.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61340describesthedischargecurrentwaveformsusedtosimulatehumanbodymodel(HBM)electrostaticdischarges(ESD)andthebasicrequirementsforequipmentusedtodevelopandverifythesewaveforms.ThisstandardcoversHBMESDwaveformsforuseingeneraltestmethodsandforapplicationtomaterialsorobjects,electroniccomponentsandotheritemsforESDwithstand-testorperformance-evaluationpurposes.ThespecificapplicationoftheseHBMESDwaveformstonon-poweredsemiconductordevicesiscoveredinIEC60749-26.Thewaveformsdefinedinthisstandardarenotintendedforuseinthetestingofpoweredelectronicsystemsforelectromagneticcompatibility(EMC),whichiscoveredinIEC61000-4-2.
