【摘要】:ThescopeofthistechnicalreportistoaddresstheproceduresforsafeandenvironmentalcompatiblehandlingofSF6duringinstallation,commissioning,normalandabnormaloperations,disposalattheend-of-lifeofhigh-voltageswitchgearandcontrolgear.StorageandtransportationofSF6arealsocovered.TheseproceduresshouldberegardedasminimumrequirementstoensurethesafetyofpersonnelworkingwithSF6andtominimizetheSF6emissiontotheenvironment.ThistechnicalreportgenerallyappliesalsotogasmixturescontainingSF6.NOTE1Fortheuseofthistechnicalreport,theterm"highvoltage"(referenceIEV601-01-27)istheratedvoltageabove1000V.However,theterm"mediumvoltage"(referenceIEV601-01-28)iscommonlyusedfordistributionsystemswithvoltagesabove1kVandgenerallyapplieduptoandincluding52kV.NOTE2Throughoutthistechnicalreport,theterm"electricpowerequipment"standsfor"high-voltageandmediumvoltageswitchgearand/orcontrolgear".
